Kimberly’s career at Neilson Research Corporation began in 1993 when she took on the role of Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Kyle Grogan has been a dedicated member of Neilson Research Corporation since 2007, advancing through various roles to his current position as Laboratory Director. In this role, which he has held since 2010, Kyle oversees the overall operation and administration of the laboratory. His responsibilities include managing the analytical staff, ensuring the proper functioning of all instrumentation, and maintaining rigorous testing procedures and data reporting standards.
Prior to becoming the Laboratory Director, Kyle served as the Assistant Laboratory Director from 2008 to 2010, where he played a crucial role in maintaining the technical quality of all data generated within the laboratory. His journey at Neilson Research Corporation began as an Organic Chemist, where he was responsible for all organic sample preparation and performed analyses using a range of sophisticated techniques including GC-FID, GC-ECD, GC-MS, HPLC, and TOC. Additionally, Kyle briefly worked as a Metals Chemist, handling the preparation of all metals samples.
Kyle is actively involved in professional organizations, serving as the Board President of the Oregon Environmental Laboratory Association (OELA) since 2020. He is also an Associate Member of the TNI Chemistry Committee; a position he has held since 2022.

Tammy Kreutzer serves as the Quality Manager at Neilson Research Corporation, bringing over two decades of expertise in environmental testing and quality management. She actively contributes to industry standards and practices as a Committee Member of the TNI Consumables Committee and an Associate Member of the TNI Quality Systems Committee. Senior Project Manager
Tamra Schmedemann serves as the Senior Project Manager at Neilson Research Corporation, where she has been an integral part of the team since 2014. Tamra’s journey with Neilson Research Corporation began in 2014 as a Client Services/Accounts Receivable specialist. In this role, she managed client interactions regarding their analytical testing needs, sample reception, and logging into the Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS). Additionally, she was responsible for overseeing all aspects of accounts receivable.
